American Light Pilsner / 4.2% ABV - Notes of citrus blossoms, wild rose, cedar bark, lemon balm, biscuit crackers, brazil nut, and corn pops.

American Lager / 4.8% ABV - We're kind of nerding out on the lack of ability to nerd out on this style. That's not to say that the classic American Lager isn't a great style, we absolutely love Lager in all forms, but a classic American Lager is one of those styles where every little flaw screams to the heavens like Sam Kinnison on a booger sugar binge; but when cared for like an injured bird, and coddled day by day, you can get these Lagers to be simply incredible. Packed to the brim with subtleties and nuance Radios & Rodeos is about as crispy as a Lager can get with a mild graininess and hint of sweetness on the palate that dissipates with with every little explosion of Co2 on your taste buds, unlocking more subdued notes of white pepper, corn flakes, juniper leaf, magnolia blossoms, cheerios, and Americana.

American Pilsner / 5.0% ABV - Crisp, clean, and crackery with complex classic lager notes and aromas of peony petals, toasted crackers, fresh hay, and white peach skins.

German Pilsner / 5.3% ABV - While fresh and lively, this beer has a distinct noble hop aroma and moderate bitterness to balance out the perceived sweet notes from the German Pilsner malt. In the case of Timing & Structure we use a restrained amount of noble hops to kick up notes of fresh cut grass, orange blossom, and birch bark; dancing in perfect harmony with mild honey, hazelnut, and bready notes from the German Pilsner malt.

Westcoast Pilsner / 5.6% ABV - Notes of tangerine blossom, pink grapefruit wedges, ripe peaches, yuzu, orange starburst, and Five Alive juice. [contains: Barley, Hops, Water, and Yeast]

Hefeweizen / 5.4% ABV - Fresh peeled banana and sliced oranges on the nose. The beer is full bodied but still light and fluffy. Clove character reigns in the banana flavor and balances out the beer. It finishes moderately dry, with the fruity esters and clove phenols fading to the back, and allowing the wheat backbone of the beer to emerge.

Oktoberfest Lager / 5.8% ABV - Brewed with all premium German imported ingredients. Notes of fresh baked bread, toasted almonds, hartkek biscuits, slightly sweet cereal grains, hints of grass, and a soft floral finish. PROST!

Gose / 4.8% ABV - Brewed with massive quantities of fresh watermelon and just the right amount of French grey sea salt [hops: Belma]

Tropical Sour Ale / 5.2% ABV - From atop our brewery's roof, if the sun shines hard enough to burn away the bay's semi-permanent blanket of fog, we are gifted beautiful views of sailboats dancing across the San Francisco Bay. Daydreams of what it's like to be on one of those boats float through our heads as sweat from the brew day drips to the ground. All the perfect people are relaxing starboard side and enjoying their brightly colored tiki drinks and listening to their fancy Spotify Premium, while footed on solid ground we'll soon be alleviating the heat with some Fog Ripper and unnecessarily loud in app ads. Inspired by a blend of various tiki drinks, most notably the Zombie, Fog Ripper is sour to the point of mouth puckering delight and packed to the gills with notes of passion fruit, red sour cherries, oranges, and limes; resulting in an over the top fruity Catamaran of a sour beer that sails across your palate leaving only tart and juicy greatness in its wake

Fruited Sour Ale / 6.4% ABV - Kettle Sour Ale balancing fruit sweetness with acidity that tastes like melted rainbow sherbet [contains: Lactose, Vanilla, Raspberries, Limes, Oranges]

Belgian Pale Ale / 5.8% ABV - Our take on a true classic, Olyvia is simple but void of any cut corners. Its ingredient list is simple; the best Pale Ale malt Belgium has to offer, a light dusting of two of the most classic European noble hops ever, and our favorite Trappist yeast to produce notes of pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and hints of pepper and biscuit. While often playing second fiddle to the more popular Belgian Golden Strong Pale Ales, the simple Belgian Pale Ale is maybe one of the greatest styles of beer in history; popping off all of the same esters and flavors that Belgium made famous but more sessionable.

Belgian Wit / 4.8% ABV - Notes of orange blossom, white pepper, cold Ebly wheat berries, grapefruit zest, overnight oats, orange peel, and subtle hints of baking spices. [contains: Sweet Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Coriander]

*Belgian Tripel / 9.5% ABV - Dry and crushable while also remaining complex and loaded with alcohol. Simple floral aromas trace this beer start to finish.

What is this Way Back Series? you may be asking, well, about 15 years ago every craft brewery made a barleywine, a plain imperial stout, and a handful of other imperialized styles, none of these beers had crazy ingredients, and nowadays they have gone the way of the buffalo and can hardly be found. So we're going to bring them back in all of their unappreciated glory.

Imperial ESB / 13.0% ABV - Taking the "Extra" in Extra Special Bitter to new heights; this gargantuan English ESB delivers all the balance and fruity esters you've missed from an ESB, but will warm you up like a cast iron stove in Victorian England. [hops: Barley, Hops, Water, and Yeast]

Belgian Quadrupel Ale / 10% ABV - A delicious and complex recollection of times passed; the apex of every Belgian line-up, this Belgian Dark Strong Ale is brewed with utter hubris alongside Belgian candi sugars, barley, and hops.

Imperial Porter / 13.0% ABV - Brewed to survive the long voyage, this seawise giant Imperial Porter is an ABV-fueled oil slick of European malts, American yeast, Italian licorice, and gooey molasses that stains glasses and steals souls. [contains: Barley, Hops, Water, and Yeast]

Wee Heavy / 11.0% ABV - Wrapt in a Warm Flannel is more Scottish than a headbutt on a rainy day; this lightly peated Scotch Ale uses a blend of malts from Scotland and England along with a long boil to create a mildly smoky mass of malty complexity.
